I have been working on a new app similar to AudioExplorer+ and VideoExplorer for image files, called ImageExplorer (duh). It basically finds all the images in all your apps and displays them in easy-to-view formats. You can also use the images to directly set your wallpaper and lock screen backgrounds without adding the images to your camera roll first.

I am also using an icon similar to the icons for AE+ and VE. I decided an icon of a flower would best represent a generic image, and I found a nice flower by WPZOOM on the IconFinder website:

The image uses a Creative Commons license, which requires me to release the image under the same license if I make any changes to it (as well as provide a link to the license). So here is the icon I made using the above original, which I am also releasing under the same license:
